1. Definitions and Parties

This Agreement governs the relationship between you ("the Client") and YTTRFORGE (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa under registration number 2019/555123/07. Our primary services consist of customized algorithmic development, strategic consultation, database analysis, and API middleware modeling.

2. Authorized Use of Strategic Web-Console

You may only access our documentation and strategic consultation portals for lawful corporate purposes. Scanning our applications for technical vulnerabilities or attempting to exploit data parsing boundaries is strictly prohibited.

3. Deliverables and Specifications

All delivered analytical pipelines, vector configurations, and custom software systems are designed to match your specific written requirements. We make no warranty that general language models will provide 100% accurate factual results under all operational conditions.

4. Financial Boundaries & Professional Fees

All structured development fees are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude local Value Added Tax (VAT), which is applied at the standard statutory rate of 15% where applicable.

5. Indemnity and Liability Caps

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, YTTRFORGE (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of corporate profits, or database interruptions resulting from third-party neural API changes. Our total financial liability is strictly capped at the amount paid by the Client under the specific contract in question.

6. Choice of Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any formal legal disputes arising from our services will be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Johannesburg.

7. Modifications to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our software systems or consultation paths indicates your acceptance of any revisions.
